Though it may not be an immediate thing, the goal is to change mindsets regarding caring for one another. If we can take care of our community, we can take care of the world—sharing resources and helping one another regardless of where we are financially. No one is left behind. We work together to build our community.

Zero Hunger
We are including farming as part of our curriculum. Learning how to grow food will help in understanding how the world works in terms of food and agriculture. Food does not magically appear in supermarkets. Food does not magically appear on plates. It is our responsibility to teach our children how to be self-sufficient with a heart of supporting the community they live in.

Exercise is good for both mind and body. It is important, especially for children, to be active to build strong and healthy muscles.

Quality Education
This is the core of why we’re doing what we’re doing. In Japan, higher education is something that is often accessible for the elites, those with strong financial advances. People with low income, especially orphans and children who live in children’s homes, are not able to have access to such education. Learning English is also something that you need money for, again not accessible to underprivileged children.

Gender Equality
Japan may not seem like it on the surface, but it is a very gender-based society. Women are often looked down upon, especially in the workplace. Having a community that does not look at gender to determine basic tasks and responsibilities is crucial to having a healthy environment nationwide.

This is just to restate the fact that everyone deserves an equal opportunity. No one should be looked down upon because of their financial status, gender, or family background.

Peace, Justice and Strong Institution
We want to protect our children. We want to create a safe place for them where they can receive the proper help they need to succeed in life. Helping children understand themselves better will help them understand others. This will help in creating an inclusive society.
