Hi, I’m Gordon N Hyppolite
I am honored and proud to share this project with you: 120% Arts Academy International (NPO). I am privileged to serve as the founder. At 120% Arts Academy International, we have a solid vision to create a safe, stimulating, inclusive, and diverse educational environment for children, removing barriers such as finances or family background.
International education is something that should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their status. This is about imparting knowledge and shaping responsible, critical, and globally aware individuals. We are all different but equal.
We are working hard on creating a curriculum that is designed to foster students' interests and talents across various fields, including science, arts, sports, humanities, and more—developing skills that will enable them to live confidently with a heart of commitment to contribute to local or global society.
Community is very important—first the local community of the school/peers, Japan, and then international. Working together to achieve goals is a key component in our curriculum.
We want to extend our gratitude to all. This is something that will be very impactful to Japan. Your contribution is vital in making this project successful. You will be a part of this exciting new change in Japan.
120%アーツ・アカデミー・インターナショナル（NPO）の創設者として、本プロジェクトを皆さんと共有できることを光栄に思い、誇りに思います。私たちは、経済状況や家庭環境などの障壁を取り除き、子どもたちにとって安全で刺激的で包括的かつ多様性のある教育環境を創り出すという確固たるビジョンを持ってこのプロジェクトに取り組んでいます。
国際教育は、社会的地位や立場に関係なく、誰もが利用できるものでなければなりません。これは、知識を伝達し、責任感があり、批評眼とグローバルな意識を持つ個人を育成することです。私たちは、たとえそれぞれ置かれた状況が違えども、平等なのです。
私たちは、科学、芸術、スポーツ、人文科学など、さまざまな分野で生徒の興味と才能を育むように設計されたカリキュラムの作成に熱心に取り組んでいます。地域社会や世界社会に貢献するという決意を持ち、自信を持って生きられるためのスキルを養います。
コミュニティーというものは、非常に重要です。まず、学校や友達の輪という小さなコミュニティーから始まり、さらに日本、そして国際社会へと広がっていきます。目標を達成するために協力するというのが、私たちのカリキュラムの重要な要素です。

Our Approach
Children who are in children’s homes will attend this academy for free. Others would pay based on salary. All money raised will go into making the academy a fun and safe place for children.
児童養護施設にいる子供たちは、このアカデミーに無料で通うことができます。その他の方は収入に応じて料金をお支払いいただきます。集められたすべてのお金は、子供たちにとって楽しく安全な場所を作るために使われます。
